OFFICIAL RULES MAY 2026 CONTEST

«Win 2 nights at the Motel En route vers l’infini»

ORGANIZER

The contest is organized by the Motel En route vers l’infini, located in Percé (Québec), Canada (hereinafter: «the Organizer»).

2. ELIGIBILITY

This contest is open to anyone residing in Quebec who is 18 years of age or older at the time of participation.

Are excluded:

• the Organizer's employees ;
• anyone involved in the organization of the competition; ;
• The people with whom these people live.

3. PARTICIPATION REQUIREMENTS

To participate, participants must:

1. Like the official contest publication on Facebook ;
2. Like the Facebook page of Motel En route vers l’infini ;
3. Comment on the post by tagging a person.

No purchase is required.

4. PLACE OF PARTICIPATION

Entries must be made on the official contest post shared on the Motel En route vers l’infini Facebook page.

5. CONTEST DURATION

The competition begins on the date of publication of the official notice and ends on April 29, 2026, at 11:59 PM (Quebec time).

6. PRIZE DESCRIPTION

The competition offers the following prize:

• One (1) two-night stay for two to four (2-4) people at the Motel En route vers l’infini, in Percé (Quebec).

Terms and Conditions of Price:

• The stay is valid subject to hotel availability; ;
• The individuals will stay in the same unit. ;
• The date of the stay must be agreed upon with the Organizer. ;
• The prize is neither transferable, nor cashable, nor exchangeable.

Approximate price range: CAD 450 to 1200 $.

7. PRICING METHOD

The winner will be selected by random drawing from all eligible entries received during the contest period.

8. WINNER DESIGNATION

The drawing will take place on April 30, 2026 at 8:00 PM (Québec time), live on the Facebook page of Motel En route vers l’infini.

9. NOTICE TO WINNER

The winner will be notified by one of the following methods:

• Private message on Facebook ;
• or comment under the contest post.

10. CLAIMING THE PRIZE

The winner must respond within seven (7) days of notification.

If no response is received within this timeframe, the Organizer reserves the right to conduct a new draw.

11. REQUIRED PROOF

To be declared the winner, the selected person must correctly answer a math skill question.

---

12. GENERAL CONDITIONS

• The price must be accepted as is; ;
• The Organizer reserves the right to replace the prize with another of equivalent value if it becomes impossible to award the original prize. ;
• Any attempt at fraud or non-compliant participation will result in the participant's disqualification.

13. EXCLUSION AND LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

This contest is not associated with, managed by, approved by, or sponsored by Facebook.

14. LITIGATION

The following text applies:

«A dispute regarding the organization or conduct of an advertising contest may be submitted to the Régie des alcools, des courses et des jeux for resolution.
A dispute regarding the awarding of a prize may be submitted to the Régie solely for the purpose of an intervention to attempt to resolve it.»
